Norman Bailey – ekonomista. Był doradcą ds. ekonomicznych w Radzie Bezpieczeństwa Narodowego podczas kadencji prezydenta USA R. Reagana. Jest autorem stretegii wojny gospodarczej USA z ZSRS w latach 80. Był prezydentem firmy inwestycyjnej Bailey, Tondu, Warwick & Co., Inc.Pracował jako ekonomista w Mobil International Oil Company.
