There’s something new brewing in Central Europe. We’ve put together an online magazine called Spot On, featuring some of central Europe’s best writers and economists. The issue looks at the 25th anniversary of the transformation of central Europe, what went right and what went wrong, as well as at the challenges the region still faces in its effort to catch up to the wealthier western half of the continent.
We have prepared 12 articles, infographics, videos and three book reviews on the economy of the most importants CEE countries and related: European Union, banking system, role of a government in an economy, etc.

W styczniu 2020 roku Wielka Brytania formalnie opuściła Unię Europejską. Oczekiwane korzyści z brexitu, poza odzyskaniem suwerenności w zakresie kształtowania prawa i zewnętrznych relacji gospodarczych, jednak się nie zmaterializowały. Widoczny jest natomiast spadek wydajności i konkurencyjności brytyjskiej gospodarki, co wpływa także na kondycję rynku pracy.
